This series begins with [KID 001] and has recently started over with the inverted [100 KID] (after [KID 999] was reached).
The Alaska DMV has considered moving the logo to the left in order to accomodate personalized plates, but I do not know whether or not this has actually happened yet.

The Friends of ACT encourage supporting ACT through various types of merchandise, including this license plate. They're using a thumbnail of one of my photos of KID 050, and I'm pleased to see it!
There is a one-time fee of $100 for these plates. The proceeds go to Alaska Children's Trust.
From AS 28.10.181:
(t) Special request Alaska children's trust plates. Upon application by the owner of a passenger vehicle, noncommercial van or pick-up truck, or motor home, the department may design and issue registration plates representing the Alaska children's trust under AS 37.14.200. The department may disapprove the issuance of registration plates under this subsection when the requested plates are a duplication of an existing registration.
