Here is a basic display of the major categories of older types of plates. I am working on expanding this area of the site and hope to have a different page devoted to each era of Alaska license plates.
Most of these plates are from the collections or photo collections of Dirk Starck, Bob Brown, Royce Williams, and Mike Williams.
The '67 legislator's plate is from Michael O'Docharty.
